1. NuttZo

This stuff is amazing and a great alternative to traditional almond butter! NuttZo is an organic blend of Cashews, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Hazelnuts, Chia Seeds, Flaxseeds, and Pumpkin Seeds. Unfortunately, this brand is pretty expensive so make sure you savor it! I like to add a small spoonful into my gluten-free oatmeal in the morning to give it an extra boost of protien.



2. Organic Kale Salad with a Sesame Vinaigrette

I love anything on the go–especially when its healthy! One of my favorites is this pre-made kale salad mix. It comes with a sesame vinaigrette which is delicious as is but also great with added toppings!



3. Yogitoes

This is an absolute must have when practicing yoga, especially heated yoga! In a heated class it is impossible to keep myself from sliding all over without my Yogitoes towel on my mat.
