1. Summer 2014…

I know, I know I can’t wait for summer 2013 too, but Kirsten and Chris’s wedding is slated to be held late next summer. Wedding magazines and websites have been great but there really isn’t anything quite like Pinterest to get you inspired. Check out Kirsten’s newest board Summer 2014…

2. Sleepytime Chamomile Tea

Sleepytime was always a staple in our house growing up. A cup before bed was always sure to make me fall asleep and so I continue to drink it regularly at night! Not only is it a great sleep aid but Chamomile also has anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits and can sooth anxiety and stress.

3. Wonderfully Raw Coco-Roons

My absolute favorite! These sweet treats are all natural and with a short list of ingredients that are packed with health benefits. My favorite is the Brownie with ingredients limited to organic dried coconut, raw almond flour, raw cocao, unfiltered maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and Himalayan salt. Together the organic coconut and organic raw cocao support cardiovascular health, provide good fats and antioxidents, and raise metabolism. Additionally, the gluten free organic almond flour is high in protein and the maple syrup benefits the immune system and can lower cholesterol! With all the benefits and only 4 grams of sugar from natural ingredients, is there anything not amazing about these little sweets?
