1. Local Honey
Thank you to the Jamestown Community Farm for this amazing honey! There is nothing better than local honey for your tea. It has been said that the closer the source of honey to where you live can actually help you to build an immunity to seasonal allergies.
A little bit about The Jamestown Community Farm:
“Started in 2000, The Jamestown Community Farm is entirely run by volunteers. Our Mission is to grow fresh vegetables for people in need. Each year approximately 12,000 lbs. of food is delivered to food pantries around the state. Free of charge.”

2. Yin Yoga
“Yoga practiced in the West is almost exclusively Yang or muscular in nature. The Yin aspect of Yoga (using postures that stretch connective tissue) is virtually unknown but vital for a balanced approach to physical and mental health.” -Paul Grilley
Most of our daily lives and workouts are Yang based and creating a balance is so important. Yin classes are mellow and slow and are usually conducted in a warm room. Each posture is held for 3-5 minutes, which is the time that is truly required for the connective tissue and deep layers of muscle to release. Try a class it’s amazing! Also, finding a teacher that you like is just as important.
3. Empire Delicious
A holiday gift unwrapped some treasured memories from Istanbul and Valencia – lovely Turkish towels and our favorite simple wine glasses from Spain.
Have a beautiful weekend everyone,
