This is a must have app that not only tracks calories in and calories out but it shows you where you are as far as sugar intake, cholesterol, protein, vitamins and fats. It can be pretty shocking to see how easy it is to go way overboard on sugar in one day without even touching a candy bar!
Watermelon, what can we say but that we LOVE watermelon! It’s a great pre-workout snack, packs a lot of water, taste yummy and is great for your skin!
3. Flour Sack Dish Towels
Flour sack dishtowels are the best dishtowel there is. Nothing dries dishes and glassware better. They are big and they are relatively inexpensive. A pack of 4 at Bed Bath and Beyond are under $10.00.
